Faced with continuing declining enrollment for years, Duarte Unified School District (DUSD) lacked much-needed support from the community. It required a cultural shift if it was going to attract families and provide students with a high quality education.

By applying best practices, we crafted an engaging Sneak Peek event to entice the public to want to find out more about the district’s schools.

The results? Over 500 people attended the event–not only families who lived in Duarte, but also those whose kids were from other districts or who left DUSD and were considering returning.
