Before teaming up with CND, the brand had a huge database of inactive subscribers—115k, to be exact! These subscribers hadn’t opened or clicked their emails in over a year.
This was our opportunity to craft a beautiful designed and strategic email campaign to share CND’s brand story and upcoming events with recipients. Our work not only showcased what the brand had to offer subscribers, but also gave them an easy way to opt out if they no longer wanted to hear from them.
Overall, our campaign inspired 16,000 of CND’s inactive subscribers to re-engage with the brand.
